Central Lab Parking

Because the Department’s Central Laboratory, Administrative Offices and Training Services are located near downtown Richmond, there is limited parking near these facilities. To accommodate police vehicles on official business with the Department, police parking is available on Jackson, Duval and Fifth Streets around the Central Laboratory facility.

Limited visitor parking is available in the gated lot behind the Central Laboratory between North Fourth and North Fifth Streets. Visitors must use the intercom at the gate to request entry to the lot.
