Update Your DNA Data Bank Mailing Address

The Virginia Department of Forensic Science Central Laboratory moved as of April 2026, so the address on any return envelope is out of date.

What you need to do

Print a new address label using one of the templates below and place it over the old address on the return envelope.

• Avery 5160 – DNA DB Kit New Address Labels
• Avery 5162 – DNA DB Kit New Address Labels

If your agency drops off kits in person or ships multiple kits together, use the new address:
